"Absolutely the worst service imaginable. We have a group of Indian Valley Alumni that come monthly for lunch, approximately 12 - 15 people. Last month there was no cook there, 2 of our group took our food orders and even delivered our meals from the kitchen. Today after an hour of getting water ( no drink orders offered) no one had come to place our orders. 2 of our group wrote down what everyone wanted and took back to the kitchen getting a "Thanks"only. I did call and spoke to a gentleman explaining that we would not be coming back. Food is decent, but there were only about 10 other people in the restaurant. They came in at the same time and had their meals before we were even submitting our own orders. Very poor, do not recommend."

"While traveling through on business, I stopped at the New Philadelphia Elks lodge. What a great lodge. And what a great bunch of brother and sister elks. I met a gentleman named Frank, who had been a member there for years? The most friendly person you'd ever want to meet and the barmaid Betty, well, she was a total hoot lol, best draft beer and Pizza around. I can definitely say as a PER, I had one bona fide and genuine great time. I wish I lived in the area, I would definitely join that lodge."

"We had a wedding and the reception in the hall. The ceremony was amazing. Jody took care of everything. It was truly a stress-free event. The food was amazing, and everybody commented on how great the buffet service was. The staff was attentive and professional. I would highly recommend the Elks for any event."
